My Sigelei V3 finally tapped out.

Looks like the board came loose. I can hear it rattling around and it looks off thru the display screen.

Any tips to get the top cap off? I have the non-removable type.

Not sure if they used any type of metal glue, more then likely top of display or bottom of display pieces are press fits. Most likely u well have to mar one or the other to take apart using some vise grips or pliers with a vise etc.

I doubt these are threaded. But perhaps.

I have 2 1 I haven't used as its a back up and the one I do use regulatory is about 10 months old now.

I think I'll wrap it real good with painters tape, throw it in the freezer for 10 minutes, then have at it. Two channel locks should do the job.

I'm not to worried about marking it up because my mods are all beat anyway. They live in my pockets.
