    Placed order on February 21st. Lead time on their website indicated 7-10 days (not business days). March 4th sent email asking if any progress on my order. No reply. Sent another follow up email on March 11th. Still no reply as of March 20th to either email. No communication from the business at all. ​

    Just wanted to update that I finally just got shipping notification today. I'll update again once package arrives.

    Received shipment today. Package was in good shape. Still no note regarding the 4 week delay but at least the package got here.

    Constructive criticism: All the negative feedback could simply have been avoided with a first hand post in the forum or a generic email sent to all those who placed an order stating Sorry for the delay. We've had some setback and we anticipate orders to go out in the next couple of weeks.

    Though there was quite a bit of speculation in the forums of what was going on over there it still does not have the same impact as a first hand message from the vendor.
