    Placed order on 3/28/14, my account was charged 3/30/14, and I still have not received my order. I understand there might've been health issues, but I have waited long enough with no contact. I've only sent one email, but this is enough. I'd rather have the juice than a refund, it's a shame that I might not order from them again. It's really good. ​

    Received my order on 6/26/14 and it's so, so good. With all the desert and fruit liquids I've been using lately, this stuff is real, in your face tobacco flavor and I love it. I'm not going to automatically recant my feeling about less than adequate service, but when this juice starts getting low, I’m going to throw some feelers out about order times and, if it’s even close to normal, I’ll order again. I guess I’m just bent up about being a part of a larger, crappy situation, but I hope they keep doing what they’re doing over there at NET.COM. It’s spot on.
