Need help finding stem/drip tip fro my pipe

Hey guys,

So i want a longer stem/drip tip that will fit on my nautilus mini that has a rubberized/softer material tip. But i cant find any.

can you guys suggest some good tips and stems or how i would "rubberize" one? also im on a budget, if i could afford one from pipesmith i would but need one waaaay cheaper.
