Need help with Atlantis v2

I just received my Atlantis V2 in the mail,it does not seem to working working with my kbox.

I am using a .5 coil, and i have tried vaping it on 30 W 35 W and 40 W.

When i try the lights blink and nothing happens, i have taken it apart and re-seated the coil and confirmed the Atlantis V2 works on a Cartel mod.

Any help would be great thanks!!
