need help with bottomfeeder parts

I need to get the metal pipe that goes from the 510 and then connects with the silicone hose, but I need to source it locally... I have no idea what it is called or what is was original designed for, so any pointer to the right direction?, I already made the box, the switch and got some 510 that need a bit of modding, just need that pipette or hollow screw

these are the screws that most people use however they do need modification to the head of the screw to fit in the 510 connection. I realize these are not local but you can may be able to use the size to find some local. Also you may need a tap to get the screw through the 510 depending on what kind of 510 connection you are using.
