sounds like you let the smoke out...
most likely one of your mosfets has failed closed... replace all 3 to be on the "safe" side...

It sounds most likely that your MOSFET has failed closed.

Those MOSFETs are rated for up to 375 Watts, but only when used with a suitable heatsink - I'm guessing that since you don't know what a PCB is, that you probably didn't have a heatsink on your MOSFET?

no i did not have a heatsink on my mosfets. so how can i fix this problem so it wont happen again? i had 3 3034 mosfets soldered inline together.
