Need to find KR808 USB Charger with wire

Hi-
Have exhausted all known avenues in searching but maybe someone here might have some other venues I could try?

I'm looking for an older style KR808 USB charging cable that has a wire between the screw in base and the usb plug. (see attached photo)

They probably don't make them any longer as I continue to strike out.
Checked a lot online and even at Ebay to no avail.

THE SPECS I NEED ARE:
- 5 Volt output
- 500mah Input Current
- 150 mah Output Current

Any help is very much appreciated!
