Need your help to influence the BBC - Thunderclap

Hello all,

I'm over from UKV, trying to drum up support for a Thunderclap we've got going on at the mo:

If you support it, using either your twitter, facebook and/or tumblr account, it will send a message to all of your followers at 7pm GMT on Thursday (23rd). This is timed to coincide with a programme on the BBC's rival - ITV.

The hope is that people will then click the link in the Thunderclap at the appointed time and share the story it takes them to. This will push the story to the top of the BBCs most read and shared lists and prompt them to rethink their apparent "ignore" policy on ecigs. They will then do some proper research and make a groundbreaking documentary exploring the vested interests trying to ban ecigs, creating a groundswell of public opinion which will sweep away the hypocrisy and mistruths which sully the so-called ecig "debate". The future of ecigs world wide will then be assured.

Or something.

Anyway, please support the Thunderclap and, if at all possible, click and share the link on Thursday at 7pm GMT.

I tweeted this. Although i kind of agree that we shouldn't vape in say a restaurant etc. Bars yes! I wouldn't want vape clouds in my face coming for someone else s mouth in a restaurant etc. However i do think vapers need a place to vape and it shouldn't be in the smokers area.
