Nemesis problems!!!

Hey everyone, I'm having a problem that hopefully someone out there can help me with... I have a Nemesis/Ithaka combo, and have been rebuilding and using it for 2 weeks with absolutely no problems what so ever vaping anywhere from .8-.1.3 ohms. So i was at a party the other day and some of my friends were trying out my vape, the battery ended up dying out on me, no big deal in the morning i switched out to a new battery (AW IMR 18650's and 18490's) and started getting really inconsistant hits, sometimes really good and sometimes it's like it fires at 10%, the biggest issue though is i am noticing that the bottom of the nemesis where the firing pin is at is starting to get hot, it hasn't ever done that since i first got it... i've tried cleaning everything, but i don't think that has helped either... don't know nothing about the nemesis, but with my Ody clone on a mech mod when this happens I clean, sand and apply noalox to the contacts, and it fixes it every time.

What maybe happened is that the new users oscillated the switch and burnt the contacts. If you don't press hard on some switches then there is a point at which the contact can make/break rapidly, and this burns the contact face.

So, like DJ says above, it's a sanding job.
