New Aspire 40A hybrid 18650 1800mah batteries

So I went onto the Aspire site just to look around and saw they have a high drain hybrid cell battery up. It has 40Amps of discharge and 1800MAh capacity. Right when I was thinking there are way too many batteries with a max discharge current of 30A I find this. What do you guys think? Here's a link to it Aspire - Aspire 18650 Battery

As you'll see in my tests, it gets damaged at over 30A and suffers severe damage with just one discharge at 40A.
But it's darn good at 20A! If you're OK with using an ICR battery.
