I think cap off only if its a flavor that has flavor extraction left overs like alcohols. So if it has a chemical taste, I would go 24 hours cap off. Otherwise just wait for the various flavors to mix at a molecular level. So if u can taste distinct flavors fresh, after shaking and setting and shaking and setting for several days it becomes a singular flavor. So ry4 goes from tasting like vanilla and carmel with a peppery tobacco that finishes sweet with almost a hint of chemical morphing into a vanilla honey tobacco that blends all together. Takes about 10 days to reach perfect for me. But within a few days it starts to lean that way.

Grey Matter reminds me of Honey Black from Great Lakes, with the exception that it is less aromatic and far more enjoyable for me to vape. On almost every setup its delicious, at about 7-8watts on a 2.5Ohm clearo it is unstoppable.
Steep time on RY4 is about 7-8 days and it's perfect for my tastes! YMMV

MEL is absolutely AWESOME!! I think I have tried at least samples of nearly everything they have and haven't been disappointed once. I wish I had more time tonight to review them all. I will someday. They need to be on a top 10 or top 5 list somewhere. Yes, the Grey Matter and RY4 are outstanding. Just had to chime in on this one.
