New Guy -Volcano Inferno 650 Mah Charging question!

Have a the older model of the Volcano Inferno PT 650 Mah (NOV 2012)
bought used.

charging directly to wall charger with usb cable - more than 8 hrs light was still red

charged into computer light went off in less than an hour

doing it wrong? how long should it take?

also I hear here and there charging through usb may shorten battery life? or fry computer?

anybody here actually using it as a passthrough?

any feedback is appreciated!

I use one as a passthrough. However, I don't use the 650. I use the 900. There seems to be some issues with their 650's. Every one I used shorrted out on me. Not had any issues with the 900's though.

Did you get the wall adapter with the kit? If not, the wall adapter may not have enough amps going to your ecig.

I have never heard of this BUT it may be true. If anything I would assume that this COULD shorten battery life but SHOULDN'T fry your computer.

No but I used to use A passthrough but not that particular make

I was just to curious as why this is happening although not too worried...
I also have the 900mah brand new and another on the way and no problems with the charging so far!

I didn't get an adapter just the charger plug as I purchased pieces separately and not as a kit.
I am going directly from the usb into the plug perhaps you are right about amps..thanks again!
