Couldn't wait. Sat in the PO parking lot and fixed her up and vaped it for my hour and fifteen minute commute.
From 4.13v down to 3.8 in a little over an hour.
This little thing is awesome but I'm afraid 18490 may just be too weak.
Gonna try a little higher resistance coil tonight and see how it does.

A little teaser until I can get some more...

So far...bottom line... If this some beach was 18650 I think I could pretty much sell all my other squonkers.

The more I use this little guy the more I fall in love with it!.
The button was a little crunchy yesterday but then again I started using this thing right out of the box.
Cleaned it last night and now it's smooth as silk. Gonna have to strip it down this weekend and toss it in the UC for a deep clean. But for now I can't stop using it long enough.
I still want to see an 18650 option but this thing is awesome as is.
Lol, this'll be the first HF mod that I haven't sold within a week of getting it
(not bashing HF mods, just they weren't for me.)
Had the 18490 mod and didn't like it. Had the v5 18350 hybrid dripper and just couldn't get over having to change batteries every hour.

Looks amazing jrs99 - just love the way this mod way designed! How do you like the bottle cartridge and how does it carry the positive side of the 510 to the atty? I have been wondering the magic they did to implement the cartridge.

Love the bottle carrier actually. Every other squonker I have has leaked inside some. I've got a couple batteries that you can see juice has gotten under the wrapper from that.
The HF design pretty much stops that from ever happening. Although it is a little more work to fill the bottle, to me the design is totally worth it.
As for the positive connection. The only thing on this that isn't aluminum or steel is the bottle, O-rings and the delrin insulator under the 510 connector.
I can try to get a couple pictures of everything tonight.

Ok, so after having this in hand for a few days I have to say I freaking love it.
Number one, this thing does not leak. At least using a Viper or 22mm SC HF atomizer, I haven't put anything else on it.
Every other squonker I have will always manage to leak juice. Just yesterday I looked down at the Woody I was using and saw juice leaking down and into the battery chamber from the 510. The Sunboxes do the same.
Having both mod and atomizer by the same guy makes sure everything fits together perfectly and like the iPhone, it just works beautifully together.
The button is a dream. It's super smooth and takes just enough pressure to where it fires easily but there's no need to worry about not having a lock on it. Not to mention it's just gorgeous.
The bottle carrier system works extremely well. It keeps the liquid system completely self contained so there's no chance of juice hitting the battery. I will say it's a little more cumbersome to refill the bottle but it's really not that bad. I would love to be able to use the soft squishy 10mm Sunbox bottles.

This little ....er's heavy. 9.5 ounces fully loaded. I would kill for an 18650 Ti version.
...I do not want to know what that would cost

I will definitely say this is, THE perfect squonker. I just really would like to see an 18650 version...even though I know it would be heavy as ....

After reading your impression of it I am about second from getting on the list - I too really want to hold out for a 18650 model but not sure I can.

That button...

Not a drop of liquid under the atomizer!

That's it folks. Not a whole lot of pieces make up this little beauty. I haven't removed the ball detent parts from the bottle carrier casing and I haven't removed the 510 pin from the top part yet.

Where the bottle meets the connector. Two O-rings make for a tight fit. You've gotta work the bottle a bit to get it past both rings but once you do you're solid.
The tube goes inside the hole instead of over a post. This thing doesn't leak period.

One thing to mention is that the bottom plate is your positive through to the 510, so battery is installed +ve downwards.

Pop your tracking number into USPS. Tracking from the UK shipper stops updating when it gets to Chicago.

At least this was my experience with my Hellfire Raptor order.

I'm using My USPS which still shows it in Chicago. Admittedly, My USPS doesn't always update accurately but even when I enter the number and track it it still shows no update since the 3rd. Oh well, nothing I can do except wait.

That's the one thing I dislike about ordering from Attysmith is the shipping.
While my Venom actually got here in a week, other stuff has taken 2 weeks or more. Usually it spends most of it's time sitting in ISC NY.
Not to mention having to actually be there to sign for the package vs just leaving a note. There's been a few times I've had to call in late to work to swing by the post office first thing in the morning and get my package.
I do miss DHL shipping from when I ordered from Vapour Art. 2 days from Greece to my door with nothing but a note needed was so sweet.

However, once you do finally get your Venom in hand, the wait won't matter any more
