I really respect spiker for taking a loss for his friend . Now I have to say screw it and if the "mods" are going to keep him banned then do me a favor and BAN me as well .

Listen. Before anyone is "Moved On" from the forum, except in the most severe cases, there is a process that happens.
If a member violates a rule they will receive a warning. In that warning it is clearly spelled out what the violation was. Also included are a copy of the forum rules as well as advice on how to avoid breaking those rules.
If the person continues to disregard the rules then more severe action is taken.
It is especially important that all suppliers and associates of suppliers register with the forum in the prescribed manner. We require this of all suppliers on the forum. Otherwise there would be suppliers posting in every forum willy-nilly and it would be a free for all............
The rules are there for a reason. All anyone needs to do to avoid problems is read and follow them.
