This thread is meant to give new members important forum-related information, all in one place for easy reference.

Are you a new member with less than five posts, but the forum won't let you create a new thread? Check your email! The forum sends you an email upon registration with a link that you must click in order to verify and activate your account. Don't see it in your email Inbox? Check your spam folder. Sometimes it gets put in there erroneously.
Having issues with your registration? DO NOT TRY TO "START OVER" BY CREATING ANOTHER ACCOUNT!!! We don't allow multiple accounts here (Remember the link to the forum rules I posted above?), and doing so will cause your extra accounts to be banned, and causes our volunteer Moderators a lot of work. Create a Support Ticket and explain your issue by clicking on the Contact Us at the bottom of every page.
Are you an e-cigarette vendor or manufacturer? BEFORE YOU POST ANYTHING, you must register with us as a supplier before you post on our forum. This is for the protection of our members, and failure to do so will result in your account being temporarily deactivated as an unregistered ECF supplier while your status is resolved. Please contact via email : supplier@e-cigarette-forum.com so we can assist you.
If for some reason you don't like the username you've chosen (hey, it happens more often than you would think), you can request a username change here: Changing username
Important options in your Settings: To upload a Profile picture (the pic that shows in your profile) go to "Edit Profile Picture". To upload an Avatar (the pic that shows in your posts) go to "Edit Avatar". To upload a signature (text or pic), you need to have 15 posts, then the option will appear under "Edit Signature".
Do you see a post by another member that obviously breaks forum rules, or is spam? Help us out by reporting it! You can report any post by clicking the small icon under the post that looks like a triangle with an exclamation point in it. We appreciate your help!

Need to make some test posts to see if your images are showing up in your posts correctly, or if your signature is showing up, or for whatever other reason? Feel free to post them in The Sandbox. It's located near the very bottom of the front page of the forum.
Looking for Suppliers? We have 80 e-cigarette suppliers with their own forums on the ECF Forum Suppliers. We also have hundreds of other Registered Suppliers who advertise in the E Cigarette Suppliers Forum, as well as the subforums under it.
Looking for news regarding the e-cigarette industry and legislation? Or looking to see how you can get involved? Check out Legislation and News
