New to Ti wire and mod won't read atty

So I just got my first few spoils of Ti wire. I have wrapped 24g 9 times around 4mm. Dual coil coming in at .2. Put the atty on my RX300 in TC and it's not reading any resistance at all. Put it back on my 521 mini tab and comes in at .2. I put atty on RX200s, no resistance. Put it back on tab, reads .2, I hit the fire button just 1 quick pulse and I have vapor. Idk what I need to do. Help!
