    Hi all,
    I've been vaping for about a year now and am having trouble giving up the stinkies. I recently heard about using WTA to get off them.I ordered a bottle of unflavored 24mg from aroma....How do you use it do you vape it straight or how much do you mix with your favorite e-juice.

    I like to drip a couple drops at a time myself rather than mixing it with flavors.

    I vape around 3-4 mls per day. I use WTA straight unflavored (sometimes I add some flavor) for 1ml of that. Rest of the day use my other liquids.

    I add it about 1/4 WTA to 3/4 regular ejuice.
    Some people vape it straight by the tankful, but I think that's overkill for regular use.
    It does help with the cravings though.

    Some people only use it in the mornings, some only in the evenings. some people (me) vape it throughout the day.

    When I 1st started WTA, I made liquid with 1 part WTA 1 part regular nic liquid. I am now down to 1 part WTA to 4 parts regular nic liquid. I use it all day, every day.

    I'd recommend to anyone new to WTA to not start with the Unflavored DIY. Instead, pick 2-4 different flavored WTA to try. The flavors are all good, and the primary goal is to reduce cravings. Once that's accomplished, start trying all the flavors and/or mixing with the DIY.

    I generally get the flavored WTA and vape that all day. Luckily I've been off the stinkies since April, so I only have few big urges ( especially since finding my home at Aroma). On the one occasion I had a huge urge, I vapes the 24 unflavored in an atomizer and that took care of it. I also add the 24 WTA to some of the other juices I have accumulated in my "search for THE perfect juice." I'm presently down to 12 mg, so a little goes a long way for me. Just know that any time you avoid a cig., you are doing great! Best of luck and welcome.

    Same as Hittman I love to drip it straight up, no ice (-;

    I've been having great success with calming those nasty cigarette, and pipe, urges by mixing it at about 8% in my ADV.
    And my ADV, or maintenance vape as I think of it, is currently 30mg unflavored VG.

    Hmmmm, unflavored WTA mixed with unflavored VG. A pattern here?

    Read at least the first post here:
    http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...-alkaloid-wta-now-available-aroma-ejuice.html
    That'll give you an overview. Please note that that post is very old and WTA is available consistently these days. Then there's a *large* amount of information available on ECF via search.
    WTA has seemed to have helped quite a few people. I like it cuz it's yummy.
