wow, there's nothing illegal about importing ecig stuff in australia. You just can't sell nicotine juice, but you can import up to 3 months supply legally for personal use.
I just did a quick google search, and it said it was legal in nzud to import nicotine juice for personal use, too.
Did they say why it was seized?

Here's what I read from kiwivapers forum. "At present you cannot legally obtain nicotine for use in electronic cigarettes from with NZ, you are legally permitted to import for your own personal use" (3 months supply). So yes we can import. And if they do hold it and it sometimes happens, it does get released.
