Why is some of the lettering blue? Can I make it go back to black? Too bright & bothering my eyes, also unattractive and distracting.

1st time I came to this post Almost all print on entire page (not your post) was way too bright blue, which is thankfully now gone. Our names were even blue & there was a bunch of stuff (being very polite here) above initial post. Kinda like the red, catches my attention without the pain.
