I purchased a starter kit, one with the AIO PCC. It's a cool little PCC... not screwing in the battery is nice.
The plastic sliding power switch on mine broke just a couple days after it arrived, turning my PCC into a forever-off PC. Quick email to nhaler, and they're exchanging it. No questions asked.
Shipping was also very prompt. I ordered in the evening and it was already out their door by the time I woke up.
I've been using "cartomizers" as an excuse to shop around at several online stores (nhaler is #5) to see if any of them are keepers. Nhaler is the keeper! Customer service and horizontal-coil cartos... what more do you need?
