Interesting - do you think they will get approval to sell it as a medical device? If so, what will that mean for the other PV's on the market? Control? Banning?
:vapor:

We are confident that MA will be granted, as are our investors who are proven experts in bringing medical products to market.
I'm sure that somewhere along the line, certainly in the UK, that regulation will be introduced, even a two-tier system with a light-touch approach is possible.
What is essential is that eliquids must meet acceptable standards of quality with regards to ingredients and manufacturing. There are many 'production facilities' ranging from the kitchen sink to so-called laboratories where protective equipment is not worn and staff can be seen wiping their nose on their hand then handling liquid. Some active consumers on the forums might claim that they are not bothered with safety, but manufacturers have a duty of care to the end user. Try asking questions of suppliers regarding Material Safety Data Sheets and requesting Certificates of Analysis for each batch and see how they react.
We have received criticism from our detractors, but we have set standards so high that it is hard to denounce a liquid produced in an ISO Class 8 Clean Room with every batch HPLC tested on site.

Cheers
John
