I am about 126lbs and my brother mixes vape juices together. he has this 10ml 24mg vape juice with some other vape juices that are like 7 and 12mg. I was cleaning out my brothers tank and I blew into the tank and the juice got onto my lips. Should I be worried? I rinsed the tank a little. but ik not all of that was water. i say roughly 2 1/2 drops got onto my lips. I put my tongue to it and it tasted strong. Help? My stomach has the feeling of when you don't eat and your stomach had that pain. its not too bad feeling rn.

You would need to ingest much more than that to hurt you.
I used to own an aquarium shop where we sold saltwater lion fish. The first time I got stung by one I had that same feeling in my stomach along with extreme pain, the second time I had the pain but no nausea. I figured the nausea was from thinking I was going to die, not the actual poison.
Drink some water and rinse the affected area, you will be fine
