No more e-cigs on Amazon.com

I just noticed Amazon.com has started nuking all e-cig and juice selling as part of their "no tobacco products" policy.

Not that anyone here shops through them for their stuff, but it's where I found my first e-cig. It was a nice stepping-off point...

I thought that e-cigs were not a tobacco product? That is the whole crux of the FDA thing. It's a drug delivery device. Right?
This is ridiculous.

Same here. Type Smoking Everywhere or Johnson Creek in the search and page after page of stuff for sale is still there.

I think as long as we refer to the Personal Vaporizer as an "e-cigarette" and talk about "smoking" them, it's natural to expect the rules for tobacco will apply to these PV's. We're shooting ourselves in the foot.

We vapers are not smoking, we're vaping. And do we really want to call our PV's "e-cigarettes"?

Yes, cigar enthusiasts keep their cigars in humidors to keep the same humidity level as in South America or wherever they are rolled. It keeps em fresh basically

Yeah, that thing's real. Humidors keep cigars at optimum humidity, and to that end, will use PG to maintain a proper moisture content. Apparently the PG adds just enough moisture to the air in the humidor, unlike plain water which would add too much (or too little?).
