"Not Cleared by Customs"

Dear VapeBros,

Has anyone experience something like that? I bought a Evic VT from China and I think it is being held up at the customs, It's just a kit so I believe it is below the RM400 limit for tax.

What should I do next? call them up or?
I'm in JB so it's kinda a hassle to go all the way up..

If the info is sensitive please PM me, would greatly appreciate if someone would let me know what should I do next.

I just read yr post so did U managed to get yr gear from custom?Hope U do.I did have to go to custom (twice) years ago when I bought so many sets of starter kits(all eGo) but was able to get my parcels without having to pay duty.Now with the GST maybe all item subjected to GST,I think and beside with our ringgits to US$ so high.Its sightly more or same buying "locally".I did with my new Kanger subox mini cost me Rm257 if I bought online from China would have been US$57 x rm4.30 =Rm245.A few years ago US$1=Rm3.2 would be a saving to buy from China,not now
