Not open for further replies. what is this about. most of the section say this.

It generally means that the thread it closed. I just checked and most are open. If you go to an open thread and it shows that, I have no idea. You may have to ask a mod what's going on.

A thread is automatically closed if more than 3 months has passed since the last reply.

hmmmm. seems a lot of them are closed. guess things are pretty slow.

I just scanned through the first 10 pages on this forum and the only things closed were ones deleted by a moderator. If you are finding most closed, there might be some issue with your permission settings.

@Susan~S is correct - if a thread has not had a post for 90 days the system automatically closes it.
This keeps thing fresh in such a large forum.

Might also depend on what section you are reading. Just curious as to what section you are seeing this in, when you say most threads. Where is that at?

We do have sections that are for information only. No threads can be posted on but are there for reading. Maybe it is one of those sections?
