Placed an order January 1 2016.
Got all the usual confirmation emails.
Tracking showed order was still in California for three weeks.
Called January 23 2016.
Guy who answered the phone was very nice and apologetic, said he'd ship the order out again. Sweet.
No 'shipped' email so I called January 30 2016.
I think it was the same guy, not positive, and he said the order hadn't been filled yet but that he would get 'the guys' on it right away.
No 'shipped' email.
To date, it's been 35 days.
Update: Package was in mailbox February 5 2016.
