You can click on your name in the upper right, and it gives you a box where you can navigate to your posts, but they're not arranged as threads.

What seems to work better, at least for me, is to set my preferences so that I automatically 'watch' any thread i post in. Like subscribing. Then i can use the watched threads link at the top to see whether threads have been updated.

To re-find the threads to post in them you can go to your profile and select the tab that says 'areas'. It lists the forums where you spend your time.
