Happy Birthday, @mattiem
I had a Sig 30, too. Loved it until the threads blew on it. I'm very careful with threading. The least little resistance & I unscrew & start over. There were a lot of complaints on both the Istick 20, & the Sig 30. I had both in my first year of vaping. Those were just bad models. Istick hasn't made that mistake again, but Sig continues to be hit or miss. Nothing would get my to buy either again. I hate throwing my $ away on things that don't last long. I watched the threads & reviews online & the Istick 30, 40, 60w, & Pico are all smaller in diameter & had good reviews. I like the size on those, so I gave them a chance. Not sorry, & my 30's are a couple of years old. I just got the 40's.I just got burned for the last time by an old sigelei 30. It's in the trash bin now.
They have an annoying habit. Once in a while the screen would stay on indefinitely on the dim setting and completely drain a battery. I had a couple of them and got them out of the box a week or so back. Figured I might as well use them so my other mods would last a little longer. This morning I got up and one of my newest batteries was drained down to 1.6V. If they get down below 2.8 I dump them. Read somewhere that was the limit for bringing them back.
It wasn't just the 30 either. My first mod was a Sig 20 tube, it was the mod I quit smoking with. That did the screen trick a couple of times.
I've lost 6 or 8 batteries to those 3 Sigs altogether. So I will probably never trust a Sigelei again.
Today is mattiem's birthday!
Hope it's a great one!

But ... but ... what are they?
On the K5, are you closing the juice flow, & taking a couple of hits to use up most of the juice in the coil chamber before you take the top off to refill? Icve not had a problem once I figured that out.Left is the Prime. So far I have not found another kayfun that matches the KFL. This is very close. The TH is a little weak, I think the wide air hole is letting too much air around the coil. I can see the cotton getting brown because I'm cranking up the power to compensate. I use a 6 wrap-28-1ohm on all my tanks. I do like they focused on true MTL. This is the first tank I have used it on the second from the tightest air hole. The top cap is better than the 3 and 5, it has a capture and doesn't get juice all over the place when you set it down to fill. The problem I have with the 5 is that unless I treat it like a baby (can't take an abuse at work day) it will gurgle and goob juice out the air hole before I can get through one tank, gets on my last nerve. The prime has been bone dry so far but it hasn't gone to work yet so the jury is still out.
On the right is the Digiflavor Siren (1) 22mm. It's my first GTA. This was a royal PIA for me the first couple attempts at wicking, flooded everywhere. With a 2mm coil I don't have a thick tail so I cut extra cotton to pack the channels after feeding the tail through. Once I figured out how to get it wicked right and to use a partial on the smallest air hole it's not leaking and is an animal. There is no such thing as a dry hit. Goes through juice like crazy, fills easily, decent flavor. It also has this bubble game built in, You have to play with it to get the bubbles past the chamber, hard to explain but fun to play with, kinda like a lava lamp. So far me likey. This hasn't been to work either but I have low expectations, it cost me $22.

A little cleaning with Iso in the USB socket fixed it.
I would probably have stuck with Istick 40's if it hadn't been for deeming and not knowing if they would go on being available. To me it's the perfect size and shape.
Now deeming has been delayed I might just pick up a couple more Istick 40's.
I just ordered some Nautilus heads. Been rebuilding them for a while but it's a pain and I could never rebuild them as good as the originals, so I decided to just buy heads from now on.
I have a question for any Nautilus experts here. I just had to replace a 510 pin on one. The gasket was bad and the pin wouldn't move. Don't know how old it was because I got the tank used. Does anyone know how long I should expect those gaskets and pins to last? I'm planning to get some spares but I don't know how many to get. They only cost a dollar each.

Wow! You've actually been rebuilding BVC coils?! No way I would even consider being that brave.I just ordered some Nautilus heads. Been rebuilding them for a while but it's a pain and I could never rebuild them as good as the originals, so I decided to just buy heads from now on.

ProTank 2 coils, sure. CLR coils, why not. But, BVC coils? I would take a hammer to them before I could ever get them built!
Do you actually take those pins and gaskets out and clean them?
Don't suppose you happen to know if the gasket on the bottom of the heads is the same as the gasket that holds the pin?
Yeah, I know. I've been missing her too.Actually, no. Never tried to do a vertical coil. I used a method suggested by (I think) @grandmato5. Took everything out of the head and drilled 2 opposite holes out a bit. Then installed a horizontal coil level with the holes and stuck the wick in with wick sticking out a bit at both sides. It worked but I could never make one as good as a fresh factory head.
Where is Grandma? I just looked and she hasn't been on here since April.
Ah ... the Prime is on my 'wish' list. Hasn't quite made it to the 'want' list. Unlike you, my fav KFL is the V5. I've got Lite's, Lite +'s, V4s, V3s and V5s. The Lite are a bit too tight on the airflow for me, though my wife loves 'em. The V3 is too tall, but I like the diameter on smaller mods. The V5 is my workhorse. I'm wishing for the 'Prime' to sit atop our JAC's. Right now we're using Erl-Nano's and although I like the Erl-nano's vape, it just falls short for me. I'm thinking maybe the Prime would be a good replacement for it.
