well, ok, I can make edible food, but it's not pretty and not something i enjoy doing. I do have foodie friends that can take advantage of on occasion.


(ps, now that you're retired and your house is under contract can you start using your stove burners again? )

Thanks CES, I also noticed the same Chorizo dish picture from March we ordered again last week. Its in the picture where we decided on an apartment and Ms PT was scribbling on a napkin.

OK, turned out OK for an electric stove and no fresh rosemary. Sunday Rack of Lamb that I defrosted and cooked. Having to get rid of the frozen meats in the freezer before I head overseas. Lamb turned out Medium rare. Ate it all on paper plates!

Thanks guys! No cooking classes, I might take a few in Spain as I will have time. I'm going to miss smoking meats in Spain but have a leg up on cooking with electric stove as I'm currently polishing my skills here!
