Probably from me. Pamela and i spent 3 glorious days in the Peabody Hotel in orlando last year. our first time away together without kids since we met. So it holds a fond place in our hearts and a wonderful place to open one of our lounges

It's a wonderful time in this niche industry for expansion. And I-Drive (the strip where the Peabody is) would be a great location for a boutique top-shelf vape lounge. Great visitor/tourist traffic, but may be high rent.

Phoenix has boomed with vapers. In early 2009 I was the first person at my workplace who vaped, steadily our numbers increased and now I would say there are no less than 30 vapers around the workplace these days. We could really use a downtown Phoenix location.
