Outstanding Customer Service at MadVapers

Just wanted to give a ‘SHOUT OUT’ to the ‘outstanding’ customer service I received at MadVapers last night. This was my first order at Madvapers and not only had I selected the wrong e-liquid in my order, but I had no idea what I even wanted. A friend had sent me two small bottles of Halo e-juice that day, one was Torque56 and the other was Prime15 but he had sent them in ‘unlabelled’ bottles. When I tried the first one I new I had found my ADV, but the second bottle I didn’t like at all.

The problem of course was that I didn’t know which liquid was which!
Anyway, Ken and Rob from MadVapers worked with me last night for well over an hour sniffing, vaping, and examining these two juices to help me identify Prime15 as my new ADV! :D

I must say I was ‘impressed’ to say the least at this level of customer service, certainly ‘above and beyond’ any expectations. What was really great about the whole thing was not only the help they gave me but their cheerful demeanor made me feel less of an ... for the whole ordeal.

So, a big’ KUDOS’ to Ken and Rob from MadVapers! … Thanks Guys! :D:D:D
