Payment Error... Is this normal?

    I placed my first EM order for the Riva 1300 mah kit this morning and went through the non Paypal account payment process. After I received payment confirmation, it sent me back to EM where they said there was a payment error. It's listed under my orders with a pay link and is also still in my cart. I did receive an email confirmation from Paypal. Will my status change to paid when EM receives Paypal confirmation, or is there something messed up somewhere?

    Had some problems with the new site at the beginning as well.

    Try logging in to the site again and then go to "My account" at the bottom of the page. It should bring up all of your orders and the current status of the orders.

    If the status doesn't look correct, ie. processing or shipped, contact Selina through support@eastmall.net

    BTW: Looks like a good kit, thinking of getting one myself!!!

    I tried that, it gives the pay link in the order description and the kit is still in my cart. I just got finished sending an email so we'll see what happens. Thanks for the reply. :)

    And yes, it looked so awesome I couldn't pass it up, although I shouldn't be ordering anything else until after the first of the month. :laugh: Even with the overseas shipping, it still come out to be less than the 900 mah kits I've seen.

    I've bought a lot of gear through EM and can recommend, They are convenient for me because they are close to Oz and in the same timezone as Perth.

    Wanted to add an update. I just got an email reply from Selina. The error has been taken care of and my kit will be shipped sometime late tonight my time. :banana:
