Good thing about not going out and partying is you don't wake up with a hangover.

We go outside just before midnight on New Year's Eve. Dog thinks it's an intruder alert so he gets a cheap thrill from it. Told my husband he had to count 'one thousand and one' after everybody else started shooting their guns and firing of (illegal) fireworks before he could toot his horn. One toot and I told him to go to bed.
