PG VG Wal-Mart

Going to Wal-Mart tomorrow, what should I be looking for? I want both PG and VG I can get it there right?

Humco brand is what Walmart sells in the skincare area near pharmacy. No PG at walmart that I know of.

The VG is the Humco Glycerin in 6 oz. bottles next to the hydrogen peroxide and alcohol in the pharmacy.
The walmarts near me don't carry PG so I order it online.

Have not tried yet, but others have gotten pg from a pharmacy...either they had it or they ordered it for them. I thought about asking at the Wal-mart pharmacy about the pg....

I've heard that you can order PG from the Wal-Mart pharmacy for $20 a gallon.

I get mine from a local tractor supply store for $20.99 a gallon.

The best price I've seen online is Amazon that sells a gallon for $20.99 as well, but since it's from a vendor, you have to pay shipping which puts it up into the realm of $30 a gallon. If Amazon themselves stocked it, I'd be on that like White on Rice on a paper plate in a snow storm. But sadly, they don't.

My suggestion for the PG would be to check your local tractor supply stores.

I got my VG at a local pharmacy, my wla-mart looked at me cross-eyed when I asked about it. It was like a buck an oz. I got my VG at tractor supply, a gallon for under 20 bucks. I guess it's used to treat ketones (something like that) in cattle and horses. Not a farm guy myself but that's what I gathered from the people there.

Idk if it's the .5 percent of anhydrous whatever it is humco puts in it, but this stuff makes my throat hurt and close up. I use Wilton from the craft section in cake supplies.. Works perfect and has no taste whatsoever but thats just my 2 cents lol...

The "anhydrous" just means without water. Glycerin is a water-attractor. 99.5% glycerin (anhydrous) means that you have a bottle of something of which 99.5% is indeed glycerin.

For me, I tend to buy the glycerin USP skin from my local CVS. Convenient (closer than Walmart):
