Phillip Morris start their own E-Cigarette Brand (Law changed?)

Long Time no see!

I just came back from our Combini and was surprised to see a Announcement
that Marlboro start the sale of E-Cigarettes, called it: "iqos"!

I got in to big Trouble because of the Liquids and know it is not allowed to buy and sale it,
why suddenly they (Phillip Morris) is allowed to do it?
Was there a important change in the J-Law?

But Main point is that the New electronic cigarettes by Phillip Morris actually just heat tobacco, instead of burnng it. They dont use eliquid.
It is allowed to Buy Ejuice, as long as buying outside Japan and getting it sent here for personal use.

Yeah they're basically tobacco soaked in glycerine. Doesn't make vaping look any better...

I refuse to try one.

Some of the small mom & pop liquor shops should let you test it out, at least that's what they're doing close to my place.
