Pink Mule has them in stock. I bought mine from them and it shipped the next day. They are a Danish website that ships from Spain. I get orders from them to Thailand in four to five days. The website can be viewed in English, as well as any language Google Translate can handle, and you can show the prices in your home currency if you wish. After the coupon it is around $118 before shipping and shipping is around $6 to $7.

Okay, here it is with a 510 extender and a Vivi Nova tank. I used the extender so I did not have any airflow issues others have mentioned. Don't know if I needed it or not but it doesn't hurt it so why not use it. Sorry for the crappy photo but it was taken with a crappy phone camera with no flash (my regular phone is charging).

hand-feel wise, I prefer matte finish on the black provari. SS is slippery, my hands are always dry...
