I have an ego battery with LED at the bottom which shows the battery level it also functions as a torch. I added some swarovski crystals to the bottom. The black one is an echo 4.2v battery with swarovski crystals I added myself.

Well I have always heard them referred to as 2.0 Silver Bottom Boge Cartos, These came with black paper on them. I left mine on.
