When you fill it:
Close juice flow
Open top cap
Fill
Close top cap
Flip the tank upside down.
When one or more of the juice holes is in air (i.e. not submerged in juice), open the juice flow control.
When you screw the top cap on, it creates positive pressure in the tank. If you just open the juice flow right then, that pressure will force some of the liquid out. But if you invert it first, wait for the air to get one of the juice holes, then open it, the pressure will expel air instead of liquid.
