I have placed 2 order with ecigbestsave...both have had problems.

My last order was received about 1 week ago and there was a missing item. It was only a $10 battery, but I called and left a message AND sent an email...but no response to either.

My first order had one item that was not correct, and evod style substituted for an ego-c battery. No big deal, (except I don't care for the flush button on the evod) but that complaint just got a "oh well" response.

Your customer service is a bit lacking.

Could you please give me the order number as I am the owner and would like to find out whom may have given you this Ho-Hum attitude so I can address this and get you taken care as this is unacceptable.
