Points redemption... on site... help ;-)

Is the points program still a thing?
Your prices are good... your products are terrific... and I'll buy anyway... but I feel like I should have a couple hundred since the points system crashed in OCT...

is there a redemption process?

or should I forget it?

Any points you had before October's update should be able to be redeemed if you were at the minimum 100. Any purchases after October do not earn points. So right now the rewards points system is not active or offering rewards.

We are creating a new site from scratch (95% done) and we will have a new rewards system in place shortly after it launches. But as for right now, there is no current rewards system active on our site for earnings (but we did leave the ability to redeemed previously earned points up before shutting it down)
