Oh my.....I truly had to come back and add some very important things I should have had in my post above......oh, my foggy brain ...but so so important...*

My three years here have changed my life literally* ....the help and the information I received here....the wonderful special sweet friends I have made here.....the info about ongoing legislation .....and of course,
***no more smoking wow no more smoking***
....I don't think I could have made it all the way without ECF and those I have met here...so a huge THANK YOU to ECF and gang, and all of my friends...all of my special friends..my sweetest friends-[whom I have grown to love *] many I hope to see again soon and those with troubles ~ in my thoughts and prayers ...those who are still 'struggling' hang in there...keep HOPE...* Take it one day at a time..* I am rooting for you all~
