Problem with RMA

Hey,

Is the company still operational? I submitted RMA via the website about three weeks ago and haven't heard anything back. I tried to mail them also. If I remember correctly they were supposed to mail me the RMA number and instructions after processing the RMA.

Any ideas?

Just an update: I got my GLV back and I looooove this thing especially after using ego batteries during the time the GLV was circling around the world. Note: most of the time it was in shipping (and at customs at my end) since I live in Finland and I used the cheapest shipment. Sara was super helpful and I'm pleased with the service GreatLakesVapor provided. Big thanks to the company and you guys who helped me
