Problems updating Wismec Reuleaux RX75

Any owners of the RX75 having problems updating to version 4.3 ? I'm currently running version 3.0 and I get the following message :
"Please set the hardware version !"

Tried finding a solution, but didn't find any users with this problem .

Any help will be appreciated :)

Welcome and glad you joined.
Could also try three additional contact avenues of inquiry:
Local vape shop -----Might be simple.
Vendor who sold it ---see if they will advise.
Manufacturer contact ---see if Wismec Electronics Co.,Ltd will advise.
Phone, best, emails can work too.
