 That was what I had, the big ole honkin' red tail light is missing on that one though.
If I can find the old pic of us when I was a kid, I'll post it. Y'all will laugh your butts off!!!
I would've been about 10.

ETA: Maybe I should have held onto that. [emoji23] $3000.00  ...but it DOES have the big ole honkin' red tail light...and the actual seat I had.
Honda: XL70 1975 honda xl 70 - Elk Grove, CA - $3,000
I like big honkin' taillights (and I cannot lie)...

my very first motor vehicle^^ got it with a leaky gas tank and drove it home without a plate, had my unkle Louie, crazy bastid, weld the broken seam in the tank and rode that thing like a madman three seasons in NH for several years, commuting about 23 miles to my Catholic high school and to my restaurant job two towns over.

SUCH fun!! OH to be a kid AGAIN!!!

No kidding !
We didn't even think twice about crashing into each other.
No helmets, the chains were exposed and you always got a burn on your calf...but we sure had fun !

The first year I had that, mom MADE us all wear helmets if we were going to ride, but we didn't really care, we were having too much fun.

 The CALF BURNS!!!
I once flipped trying to get up a hill, the handle bar caught my in the eye, ended up with a "shiner", the bike was on top of me and the pipe gave me a nasty calf burn.:lol::lol:

Gosh, we thought we were BIG stuff!!
