Provari throwing E1 error code.

From the manual:

E1 – Short Circuit / Shorted Atomizer – If this error appears, remove the atomizer and replace with a different one or or lower your voltage settings. The ProVari will automatically reset when the problem is fixed.


If lowering the voltage doesn't fix it, try measuring the carto with a multimeter.

From what I understand anyway, you don't really need dual coils with a ProVari.

Your Ego Twist doesn't have short circuit protection.

The Provari is constantly checking the device, once you get into real rebuildable genesis style attys, you get VERY VERY familiar with E1, E2, and E8 error codes. Most of them can be fixed by lowering the voltage (or adjusting your coil on a genny).
