Is it worth getting the clone version? ive been told to stay away from clones but usually with tanks for leakage reasons, which is obviously less of a concern with RDAs. Is there any major risk to it? plus how good is the airflow?

Sapor v2 25mm is a cheap dual coil authentic. Great flavor and cloud production. I have the 22mm also and it is not as good.

I have a clone I got for $8. There are alot of excellent RDAs out there. In my opinion a velocity is a must have though. The airflow is extremely adjustable from not at all to way too much. You can use builds from tiny high ohm MTL to some good size DL cloud chuckers.

Seconds on the Velocity. It's been my experience that it performs best with the wide bore tip and lung hits. Heckuva vape for 10$ US or so.

These threads will always offer a lot of differing opinions. For example, I was never a fan of the velocity and it's been gathering dust for months. I like the Kennedy's, the Goon and the Recoil fwiw.

Just go to the subohm innovations website and check their blemished stuff. A subzero 22 for 25 bucks and you can buy replacement sleeves in any color for under ten bucks. Way better than a velocity imho as far as flavor and vapor production due to the undercoil airflow.

A 24mm Goon, in copper from fastteck. Be sure to buy the beveled plate, Can close off one A/F for single coil work.
Used from .25 ohms on parallel box,, to 1.3 ohms on a noisey cricket. 14Bucks.

I agree that everyone needs a Velocity, you can get an Authentic for $80 and there is a difference between the Clones. There are a few Clones that are fairly decent. The Authentic though is excellent.

If you're going for flavor, Le Magister clone if you use cotton and Le Zephyr clone if you use mesh.

The MadDog RDA is my personal favorite. The taste is really, really good, it has a deep juicewell and a perfect amount of airflow. At least for me.
