Received wrong item, sent 6 emails, no replies. Now what? Please help.

I have sent 6 or more emails to Info@greenhouseone.com and to Tim@greenhouseone.com and have not received One reply. When I send to Tim@greenhouseone.com my e-mail is returned stating that his e-mail box is full.

I ordered two (2) DSE901 USB Passthrough batteries and they are NOT the same as pictured and Not what I ordered. The two (2) I received have no buttons and have a male end instead of a female end.

Not sure what else to do. I could only find the two contacts I listed above. Is there another one that WILL reply back?
