Here's a few sites you may want to explore.

Thanks :)
I don't think they're suitable or I'm too lazy to make them work here.

I'm new- and hoped there was an easy one-two click I'd missed-
Earlier I was posting the link to a charger & couldn't find how to have just "one slot charger" instead of a messy long url.
Using html doesn't seem to work.
As u see above, the site has its own way of converting some urls.

Oh well- I guess it saves people from being rick-rolled...lol

This isn't FB , reddit nor a "chan"... It's mostly adults here.

The site software will try to display the link as the title of the given page being linked to. It depends on where that title appears in the embedded code on that page. If it's within the first 50 lines of code on that page, the software will display the page title and not the URL.

We'd prefer that Tiny URL is not used, due to issues from the past with that service. Google has a good shortener ( Google URL Shortener ) which is used quite often here.

No, no, no! Take it back please. I'm not one of those. I can never ever be an a d u l t. Heck, I'm not even allowed to grow up. :)

Although a recent visit to my gp, a retired navy nurse found her telling me, "face it you poor boy, you're like all of us, getting old."

<a href=""David Bowie" - Google Search">David Bowie</a>

In addition, HTML is not permitted to be used by the membership. You'll need to use BBCode if you wish to create your own URLs and titles.

[url=https://www.e-cigarette-forum.com]ECF[/url] turns into:

Thank you- that seems to do what I want to achieve.
David Bowie

Would admin consider incorporating using your own title in the link button?
imo, a title reads more easily in a sentence than a url.
eg-
This is a good online calculator, but, imo, installing Juice Calculator will serve you better over time, because of its added features.

Or edit what the link button does?
