referral links?

I found a referral link that basically gets you some free liquid. There is only 4 days left on it but if you can get 5 people to enter their email after clicking your link you get 15 mls free liquid. If you get more people your get more liquid. Whats the rules of posting that here and if were allowed where would I post it?
